Fort Smith, Arkansas
Handcrafted loaves, specialty pantry staples, and curated foods — all under one roof on North 13th Street.
Our Story
The Hall At Talianos began with a simple conviction: that people deserve access to bread baked properly and groceries selected with intention. What started as a neighborhood bakery has grown into a gathering place — a hall, in the oldest sense of the word — where Fort Smith comes for the everyday essentials and the occasional treat.
Every loaf is mixed and shaped here. Our pantry shelves carry products we would stock in our own homes. We source from regional farms when we can and from producers whose standards match our own. It is a small operation, but nothing here is an afterthought.
What We Offer
A selection of what you will find at The Hall At Talianos, rotating with the seasons and what is fresh.
Sourdough, focaccia, ciabatta, and seasonal varieties — mixed, fermented, and baked on-site every morning. Each loaf carries the character of its process.
Butter croissants, fruit tarts, and daily specials from our pastry kitchen. Made in small batches so nothing sits out longer than it should.
Olive oils, aged vinegars, preserved goods, and pantry items we would use at home. We turn down anything we would not recommend to a neighbor.
When the region produces, we carry it. Seasonal fruits, vegetables, and farm goods appear on our shelves as they become available.
"The bakery is the heart of any community — it is where people slow down, talk, and remember what food is supposed to taste like."
